Anger as Sickness, Anger as Healthy

We usually get angry when things don't happen with the way we want it. We hate not being in control. We don't like the feeling of ignorance and stupidity. But anger does give us any benefit, but it gives illness. Anger is a negative emotion that attacks all the organs in one's body. It stabs the heart. It fills the stomach with bile. It punch the head until you cry. Anger constitutes so many bad effects. So why become angry?
I myself becomes angry for so many reasons.
1.) It is normal to get angry.
2.) It hurts when other people misunderstood you and even if you try to explain your true side they won't listen.
3.) You're in pain
4) You feel violated.
5.) You feel abused
6.) You feel like an idiot
7.) You don't like the feeling of being an idiot in the eyes of others
8.) You feel WORHTLESS
9.)You are not heard
10.) You are STRESS!!!
 These are just 10 of the reasons that pops into my mind. There are a lot other more, but being angry is can be helpful and healthy. How? Why?
Sometimes, people tend to forget that humans are born with feeling. Every person in this world, even the kindest one has feelings on his/her own. We also have natural rights to make ourselves known and understand by others. Through expressing one's anger, it signals limitation. It signals that "It is already enough. so STOP it!" It is our right to express ourselves. People don't have the right to degrade you. When you keep that hurt and anger inside your heart, it might lead to heart diseases.
Nonetheless, It is also not good if you will always let be overpowered by your anger. You will also need to balance tolerance, patience and anger all at the same time. It is hard. Yes. And Though anger usually leads to distance, sometimes in a proper relationship, it makes the relationship stronger and more meaningful. :)
